Julia Forbes

Julia was a former product tester at Sleep Advisor and Certified Sleep Science Coach. She’s a lifelong stomach sleeper who is trying to morph into a combination sleeper.

Before joining the Sleep Advisor team, Julia worked with brands like Roku’s This Old House, Sports Illustrated, and Real Simple magazine.

In a previous life, Julia was an athlete, so getting good sleep has always been important to her. She joined the Sleep Advisor team with the goal of becoming a sleep expert and helping others get the best sleep they can. She tested more than 500 mattresses and sleep accessories during her time at Sleep Advisor.

Julia received her bachelor’s degree from Queens University of Charlotte.
