You already know that healthy sleep is crucial for your overall well-being. But, it’s not always easy to get a great night’s rest. There are a ton of reasons why you might not be able to achieve the rest you desire: neck pain, anxiety, you name it. In addition, it’s hard to tell whether your sleep patterns are normal compared to “what’s normal.”

That’s why we created this section on our blog. It helps break down ways to improve your sleep, as well as give you an understanding of how most people sleep, on average. For example, some people feel best with eight consecutive hours of sleep, while others do well with six to seven hours at night and daytime napping.
